As a cake artist for the styled shoot, I took great pride in crafting centerpieces that would truly elevate the settings. Since I was given full creative freedom, my goal was to create designs that not only complimented the luxurious themes, but also added a unique artistic touch to the overall aesthetic. I ensured that every detail of the cakes harmonized with the vision, making them a standout element that enhanced the beauty of the shoot.

The moment I saw the venue and was told the theme, I instantly thought of blue almost sky like colors to complement the scenery! I also thought of paisley patterns to go with the traditions of classic and impactful themes. My approach was always classy but impactful and bold!

CONTENT CREATION

I was the content creator for the styled shoot and my job was to capture the overall progression of the day and the feeling that each theme evoked. I moved around the participants to find special moments between the models that cannot be captured in a photograph.

Since the theme was "Cloud 9," I aimed to craft a cloud-inspired decoration for the lounge photo zone. The chosen color palette of white and blue beautifully complemented the theme, allowing me to infuse dreamy, ethereal elements that added a soft, cloud-like ambiance to the setting.

SILK CEREMONY FLORALS

Arch & Aisle participated in the " on cloud 9" theme by designing the ceremony florals. More specifically we designed the ceremony arch and aisle arrangements. Our rental collection (the Beau Collection) perfectly suited the theme of this styled shoot. The blue and white florals in our designs blended beautifully with the vast openness and spectacular skyline of the venue.

LIVE PAINTER

I was a live painter at the shoot, inspired by the colors of the sky and view of the skyline. I tried to incorporate an ethereal approach to my painting, to convey the lightness and dreaminess of the space. The scene I chose to paint was of the couple in front of the floral arch, with the Los Angeles skyline in the background.

SIGNAGE

We designed custom table numbers and place cards to enhance the reception tables. We drew inspiration from the beautiful stationery suite crafted by Made by Wheeler and the overall design by Love at First Site Styled Shoots. Our collaboration played a part in bringing the "On Cloud 9" theme to life

I saw content from a previous shoot and fell in love. I knew that I wanted to have the opportunity to model for one. The vendor team was top notch and the shoot location is what really made me want to apply. I also wanted the chance to work with the team for future shoots, as I have seen any are hosting in Temecula, CA which is my hometown.

Friar tux did an amazing job with the unique suit styles, with the rounded lapels. The photographers and locations made for some very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing shots that pushed the boundary for an everyday shoot without venturing too far into experimental territory
